POINT OF USE
In particular Nuova Sbsystem proposes terminal “absolute” filtration, suitable for the prevention of nosocomial Legionnaires’ disease, for which we are specialists, and which is a fact of reality in Italy. The use of terminal “absolute” filters is recommended in recent guidelines issued by leading hygienists and the Italian health department, and has shown to date to be the only method available to ensure the safety of patients and operators.
The terminal filtration systems carry the CE mark class IIB, in accordance with Directive 93/42 / EEC, and are accompanied by the original, unique validation and conformity certificates (included in every single package) and specific to each individual production lot.
The use of terminal absolute water filters is approved for the complete removal of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Legio- nella pneumophila, Escherichia coli, Aspergillus fumigatus and bacteria generally dangerous to human beings present in all water networks. Compared to traditional filtration systems the SBS filters make the water 100% safe.
By means of a barrier effect, they capture the bacteria that are formed in the biofilm inside taps, showers and pipes.
The technical components of SBS filters are supported by appropriate certification, validated and accompanied by test results and protocols performed in certified laboratories and in compliance with international standards.
All filtering devices are in compliance with the Medical Device Directive and carry CE mark class IIB (medical device for disinfection). For 100% total protection SBS filters require the fitting of special Aqua-stop valve connectors in order to ensure the safe use and the correct positioning of the filters themselves.
